Neues Museum Berlin; Photographs (61 images)

After many years of renovation and reconstruction, the Neues Museum, or New Museum, on Berlin`s famous Museumsinsel, reopened in early October 2009.

It now houses Berlin`s fantastic Egyptian collection.

Previously the museum had opened in March 2009 after the architectural work on the museum had finished and before it had been fitted out with exhibits.
