Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. 27th December 2021. Edinburgh Christmas market reopened on Boxing Day with new rules to try to prevent spread of Omicron variant of Covid-19, in particular only one entrance is in use to lift numbers, visitors are requested to take a lateral flow test before visiting , wear a mask and keep about 2m apart and follow signs inside the venue in East Princes Street gardens.
