Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. 21 November, 2018. The historic City Observatory on Calton Hill will reopen as The Collective, an arts organisation and will feature the restored City Observatory, City Dome, and a purpose-built exhibition space as well as The Lookout , a new restaurant run by The Gardener's Cottage owners. It opens to the public on 24 November, 2018.
