City of Edinburgh controversially remains in Level 3 of lockdown meaning bars and restaurants must close at 6pm and not sell alcohol. Most bars have chosen to remain closed, Tuesday will see Scottish Government announce if the city will relax lockdown to level 2 or remain at level 3.
